4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at bte77 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or if you deposit ৳12,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the total balance). Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

• If the account is closed before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus wagering contribution may vary for certain games — contact support for details.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If abuse of the bonus system is detected (multiple accounts, use of proxies, running bots, or coordinated betting), the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended. bte77 reserves the right to discontinue any promotion or change its terms.

5.1 Fair Play & Technical Errors

bte77 ensures SSL encryption and fair play standards. If a technical error makes the outcome of a game uncertain, bte77 may cancel that round and refund the wagered amount. Any winnings arising from software bugs or system failures will not be considered valid.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the game system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to determine outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Any form of fraudulent behaviour against the platform.
• Intentionally attempting to cause losses by exceeding legitimate betting limits.

5.3 Finality of Betting Decisions

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless bte77 itself takes action due to technical reasons. All gaming results are final and will be verified based on bte77's system logs.
